Roland Berger Forum 2008

The highly successful “Roland Berger Forum 2008: At the Forefront of the Gemba Power - Stimulating the Cultivation of the Gemba Power -” was held at Hotel Okura in Tokyo. "Gemba Power" is actually a concept made known in Japan through the best-selling books of our partner Prof. Isao Endo. The speakers and panelists - apart from our colleagues - were well known Japanese business leaders who could report on their experience in developing "Gemba Power" in their own organizations. The forum attended a high-level audience of about 300 Japanese business people. (The summary is available only in Japanese at the moment.)
