●Roland Berger Strategy Consultants supported the client to formulate an action plan which realizes their vision: Wealth creation for all mankind through core business. We conducted a field survey in Bangladesh and developed a business model to achieve a favorable balance between business and society

Long-term growth strategy for an educational institution  
●Client: INSEAD, business school, France
●To accomplish INSEAD’s main objectives, becoming a world-class business school, Roland Berger Strategic Consultants analyzed INSEAD’s strategic growth options across two dimension: service line expansion and different ways of delivery and developed long-growth strategy. A multicultural team of eight was in charge of the project.

Cultural exchange

Rebuilding marketing strategy for libraries  
●Client: Dubrovnik Libraries, Croatia
●Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and the Goethe-Institute are promoting culture and education in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) under the “Counterparts” cultural sponsorship project. As its project, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants supported to rebuild the Dubrovnik Library, which was destroyed during civil war, by analyzing how it can encourage more readers and attract new sponsors.

Work toward international cooperation

Support for social development funds in developing countries  
●Client: Fund for Integrated Rural Development of Syria, Lebanon (FIRDOS)
●Roland Berger Strategy Consultants advised FIRDOS on the strategic realignment and reorganization of its business. The project has contributed to rural development by introducing ten educational program including scholarships for students as well as micro credit.

Combining work and family

The advice to support Work&Family balance  ●Client : The Hertie Foundation, Germany
●To maximize the impact of the audit "work and family", Roland Berger Strategy Consultants recommended to strengthen the organizational and strategic capacities. The project supported stepping up marketing activities, and increasing the number of audits while maintaining a high quality standard. Building on the results of the project. The Foundation has set out on an ambitious growth strategy and exceeded the targets already in the first year.
