Roland Berger style

Enjoying ourselves to the full, both on and off the job. That is Roland Berger style.

While consulting work has its very attractive and fun side, it can also be hard and tough beyond compare. Roland Berger consultants tackle their daily work with tension and earnestness. Many consultants think about their projects constantly, not only while at the office, but during meals and at home. Not a few say that they also think about work in their sleep.

The other side of Roland Berger consultants is that they completely forget about work when they are having a good time. When they work, they devote themselves completely to that work. When they forget work and play, they enjoy themselves to the hilt. This is Roland Berger style. When not on the job, there are no bosses and subordinates. When a project team goes out for dinner or when we go out for a drink with our contemporaries or our seniors, Roland Berger consultants deepen their relationships regardless of position in the firm.

What's more, the office sponsors several events each year in an effort to encourage communication among consultants and to foster a sense of community as a firm. Our consultants, who work like the dickens when on the job, enjoy themselves to the full when off the job.

Major office events

Major events at Roland Berger include welcome and farewell parties, our Christmas, New Year and other seasonal parties, as well as outings (company trip).

Consultants with broad interests and colorful personalities.

Another major characteristic of Roland Berger is that many of our people have a broad range of interests. Some excel at sports, such as tennis, diving, skiing or horseback riding, some are car fanatics, some close to professional magicians and some have an incomparable knowledge of eating and drinking establishments -- all have an extraordinary side.

Roland Berger consultants are not only people who can do the work, but people with strong and colorful individuality when away from their desks.
