Koji Toyama

Principal

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo, Toyama worked for both an American IT consulting firm and an American strategic consulting firm prior to joining Roland Berger.

He has accumulated extensive experience in projects spanning growth strategies, business strategies, business portfolio management, marketing strategies, M&A, operational reform, marketing support, IT management, strategic sourcing and more. He currently serves the needs of a broad range of Japanese and overseas clients in fields primarily focused on energy and IT, but also encompassing consumer goods, retail, financial institutions and other areas as well.
