Graduate of the Tokyo University Faculty of Economics, who first worked for a major Japanese securities company before joining Roland Berger.
　
Kurihara engages in corporate strategies, sales and marketing strategies, business structure reform, operations process reform and other projects for automotive, chemicals, financial services, general trading companies, retail and numerous other industries. He offers particularly rich experience in turnaround and operational reforms extending to the frontlines of client workplaces. At the Roland Berger Tokyo Office, Kurihara is a member of the Financial Services CC.
